Add evidence for an existing company

Found something on a company's website we missed — like a published NPS score, a VoC programme page, or a CEO quote? Paste the URL and a short quote.

Start typing to find an existing record. If it's not there, add it as a new company instead.
Must be on the company's own domain (or SEC / PR Newswire). Third-party blogs and benchmark sites don't count as first-party evidence.
Paste the exact wording. We'll verify against the live page.

Challenge a score

Think a score is too high or too low? Tell us why. We log all challenges publicly on the company's report page and review them in batch.

Minimum 60 characters. Be specific — what did you check, and what did you conclude?

Correct an error

Wrong domain, wrong sector, defunct company, duplicate record, or something else factually broken? Let us know what needs fixing.

If possible, link to a source (press release, acquisition announcement, etc.).
