TheCustomerTest.com uses a very small number of cookies, all for understanding how the benchmark is used. We do not sell, share, or otherwise monetise your data. No advertising networks, no retargeting pixels, no third-party trackers besides the analytics tool listed below.

Your choices

• Accept — we fire Google Analytics in its default mode (pageview, session, country-level data). No ads, no cross-site tracking.
• Reject — no analytics cookies are set. Google Tag Manager still loads but all tracking tags are suppressed via Google's Consent Mode v2.
• Change your mind — click here any time to re-open the choice banner.

What we never do

• We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels (no Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, Google Ads tags).
• We do not share your data with third parties outside what's required to run Google Analytics.
• We do not require cookies to use the site — rejecting still gives you full functionality.
• We do not use dark patterns (the "Reject" button is the same size and prominence as "Accept").

Legal basis

Under the UK GDPR / EU GDPR, non-essential cookies (analytics) require your consent. This site asks for consent on your first visit and respects your choice for 12 months. Under the PECR (UK), strictly-necessary cookies (like the consent choice itself) do not require prior consent.
